What we’re looking for

• Experienced time-served Floor Layers: you have a proven track record in installing a variety of flooring types (carpet, vinyl, laminate, hardwood, and more)
• Detail-oriented: you take pride in delivering smooth, high-quality finishes, ensuring every job is done right the first time
• Problem-solver: you can handle challenges on the job and adapt to different site conditions
• Team player: you work well alongside other trades, co-ordinating to meet deadlines and client expectations
• CSCS/CSR card: a valid CSCS/CSR card is essential for site work

What you’ll be doing

• Installing various types of flooring materials in both residential and commercial settings
• Preparing surfaces, including levelling, priming and smoothing, to ensure a perfect finish
• Ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards
• Maintaining health and safety standards on every job site
• Representing M&D Flooring with professionalism and pride
